Do you remember the Drink or Hold chart that we used to maintain so you would know when to drink the Pinot Noir in your cellar? It’s time for an update and we wanted to invite you! We’ll be opening the majority of Pinot Noir in our library to determine whether it should be drunk now or held. It’s an opportunity for you to taste many wines from our library and update your own chart so you can get to know your wine aging preferences. We invite you to join us anytime between 2pm-6pm- tasting is complimentary for club members and $25 for non members, but reservations are required. Club members will be refunded the tasting fee at the event.
