There is nothing quite like a balanced and light rosé on a warm afternoon. Our goal with this wine is to honor the French style of rosé in its pale hue, earthy nose, bright red fruit palate, and crisp acidity. It is made entirely from Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir grapes and is pressed whole cluster immediately.
Jessica: This wine is like listening to Jack Johnson- pleasant, doesn’t require over-thinking to enjoy, and hours pass in its company. This pairs with salads with poultry or fish, pasta with peas and pancetta, or alone.
Gabriella: Smells like flowers.
