Elton Vineyard
Owned by Dick and Betty O’Brien, Elton is a mature vineyard named after Betty’s father who farmed it for many years. It was recently recognized by the Wine Advocate as being one of the top three vineyards in the new Amity-Eola Hills viticultural district. The vineyard was planted in about 1985. It is on the southern side of Eola hills. The soil type is Jory. Elevation is about 400'. The grapes we get from Elto Vineyard are all pommard clone.
