The Heredity Pinot Noir is our reserve blend, for which we select some of our favorite barrels of a vintage and combine them in a way that we feel optimizes its aroma and mouthfeel. We have the latitude to keep tweaking until we wind up with a wine that we feel evokes the essence of the vintage in a balanced and complex manner. Last year’s vintage was ranked #8 of the Top Oregon Wines by Portland Monthly and won Gold medals at the Oregon Wine Awards and Cascadia Wine Competition.

Dad: Big nose of sweet raspberries, rose petal, plum, and dusty earth. Nice acidity and balance.

Fille: The Heredity displays elegance and balance. If it had a soundtrack, it would be Duke Ellington- classic style, range, and refinement. The black cherry, blackberry, and tea flavors carry onto a lingering finish. Drink now or hold for 3-5 years.
