We love blending Pinot Noir from multiple vineyards. We do this process entirely and exclusively together, and it epitomizes the confluence of art and science. We use our scientific backgrounds to begin with an analytic hypothesis-driven approach, but our love of art takes over once we start engaging our senses and letting the combinations take us in surprising directions. Our goal with this blend is to allow the complexity of the Willamette Valley to reveal itself in an honest representation of the vintage. This won a Gold Medal in the Oregon Wine Awards and Wine Spectator rated the prior vintage a 90.

Dad: Red cherries and raspberries. Minerals. Balanced acidity.

Fille: This wine reminds me of Jennifer Lawrence- it is popular, strong, and has many facets and depth. The cherry and spice palate, bright acidity, and lingering finish have made this a dinner table staple in my house. This is a great value from a vintage that will continue to unfold as it ages, so would be a good one to stock up on to enjoy now and in the next 5-7 years.
